A well established mine is seeking a Supply Chain And Enterprise Development with good business acumen, leadership abilities, relationship building abilities, results driven and change leadership abilities.

Job Description

Supporting and participating in sub-functional change management to drive transformation and optimisation
Developing, implementing and improving efficient policies and procedures for supply chain
Ensuring compliance in terms of SHERQ policies and procedures.
Identifying improvement initiatives and team recognition
Controlling data integrity
Implementing operational plans and compliance requirements
Planning, directing and assessing quality management
Providing input into functional planning
Utilising and optimising sub-functional resources effectively.
Management of tenders, vendors, supplier performances, policies and procedures, stock, compliance and risks.
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Managing Socio Economic Development engagements
Budgeting and cost controlling
Managing and developing competent workplace
Ensuring good housekeeping
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor degree in Commerce / Finance / Engineer is required
Minimum of 9 - 12 years supply chain experience within mining or technical environment
Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
Valid Driver’s License
Medically fit for duty
