You will be responsible for effectively managing the day to day operations, productivity and performance of the New Account agents. Your energy, customer focus and attention to detail make you a strong contender for this role.

You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills which result in resolving all customer and store queries efficiently and effectively by striving to achieve first call resolution and excellent customer service levels.
You pride yourself on being flexible, tenacious and highly energetic. It is expected that you have a good working knowledge of MS office, are able to communicate proficiently on all levels, analyse information and react positively on it.

What equips you for this role? Besides your enthusiasm, initiative and accurate record keeping ability, you will need

A Grade 12 qualification
Minimum of 2 years New accounts processing and call centre experience or similar environment
Able to work additional hours when required
Able to open and lock-up the premises when required
NCA knowledge pertaining to credit granting
Good understanding of credit granting principles
New accounts Process/ System knowledge
Consolidated Debtors System process knowledge
