Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Technical Support Call Centre Agent is to satisfy all customer requests by increasing, developing or retaining the customer base through relationship building, first call resolution and exceptional service delivery.

Billing Consultant

Ability to assist customers with the accounts queries

Experience and Qualifications

Matric/NQF Level 4
IT qualication or IT experience or Billing/Accounts Experience/Finance
Previous support with TV Decoders
12 months Customer Services
6 months Contact Centre
Oral and Written Communication in English (L2)
Customer Service Orientation (L2)
Attention to Detail(l2)
Problem Solving (L2)
Resilience (L2)
Sales Propensity
Computer Literacy
Data Capturing & Accuracy

Example of Shifts

Current Shifts:

12 hours per day and 4 days in and 3 days off

Schedules will be amended as per US Daylight Saving Time (DST).

Shifts are 12 hours, 2pm to 2am and 4pm and 4am

Transport for the night shift will be offered to these areas:

Chiawelo, Mapetla, Senoane & Dlamini
Pimville, Rockville, Klipspruit, Moroka N & Whitecity
ESnakepark aka Doornkop, Dobsonville, Mzimhlophe, Meadowlands & Braamfisher

JHB,Rosettenville,hursthil
ALEX and Thembisa
Emmarentia,randburg,Cosmo,Bryanston
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTRES FROM THE USA / UK

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R34.00 - R38.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Parktown, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
