TES Admin and Induction Facilitator

Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required:
•Minimum educational level of Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent. •Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position. •Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Above average proficiency in business English •Advance Excel Skills •Statistical and analytical ability •Good computer literacy skills and proficient on MS Office software •Valid driver’s licence

Brief Description of Key Performance Areas:
•Prepare excel spreadsheets for data analysis •Monitor TES headcounts received from Operations to correspond with invoices •Reporting on headcounts to Financial Director •Ensure monthly completion of TES reports for submission as and when needed and ensure accuracy of all data in terms of current and pending headcount •Compile TES reports: Project, Pending and Placement made •Leave reconciliations and ensuring proper administration of this •Ensure record keeping is accurately kept •Coordinate and facilitate Induction process i.e., on boarding new employees, prepare welcome packs, walk through with new employee, assigning buddy system to new employees, meet and greet, communicate with new employee, arrange induction process •Liaise with relevant managers when new employees are to start •Submit weekly report i.r.o. induction carried out during the week under review •Assist HR team as and when required •Adhere to the health, hygiene and safety regulations and maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
