Job description

Training and upskilling of facilitators, teachers and principals
Quality assurance
Mentorship of facilitators
Training reporting
Remediation support
Ad-hoc presentations
District collaboration – training e-learning facilitators
Content creation in collaboration with the training manager
Requirements

Minimum qualification - matric certificate
Training expertise in the education sector
At least 2 years’ work experience
Strong planning, mentorship, training and development skills
Strong affinity towards teamwork
Excellent record keeping skills
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and powerpoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A full COVID-19 vaccination certificate
Valid driver’s license and own transport – willingness to travel to rural areas and townships
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R30,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
