RESPONISIBILITIES
Recruitment – posting all vacancies, assist with shortlisting and contacting references.
Preparing contracts and as well as assisting with the induction of all new staff.
Payroll – Complete the wage payroll on a monthly basis (+ 140 employees)
Employee Relations preparing all disciplinary documentation.
Training – Arrange all training for employee.
Leave – Advise supervisors on leave procedures and requirements and ensure all leave forms are submitted and captured timeously.
EE, Training and Staff Forum – Coordinate and assist with the Employment Equity, Training and Staff Forums.
Insurance Claims – Obtain all the required information and submit timeously to the insurance companies.
