Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or a certificate in human resources/industrial relations would be advantageous.
5 years’ experience in a HR department.
Experience in leading people and do so according to a deep set of culture principles and values.
Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
Able to design, plan, and implement innovative HR systems and processes.
Advanced problem-solving skills – proactive in identifying issues and address these thoroughly.
Design, implement, and maintain innovative policies and procedures to promote cooperation and workplace harmony, consistency, and fairness.
Use data and analytics to drive decisions and improve HR practices and systems.
Handling of all disciplinary actions in accordance to the relevant legislation.
General administrative duties.
