We are seeking an Insurance Client Executive in the Insurance Industry, to provide comprehensive insurance service and support to both internal and external clients, based in Stellenbosch.

Job Descripton:

Agree an annual service plan & scope of work for client & ensure service delivery according to plan
Preparation of budget for client servicing team and understanding the importance of client profitability and forecasting accuracy
Keep abreast with the insurance markets (both local and overseas)
Fostering of sound working relationships with other functional business units
Familiarity and compliance with all company policies, statutory and regulatory requirements
Ensure that technical, claims and service delivery standards are properly implemented for the client in terms of quality management systems
Minimum Requirement:

Minimum of 10 years appropriate experience in the sales and client service delivery function
Relevant formal qualification
Must be FAIScompliant
Fluent in English
Candidate must have Commercial Lines Insurance experience
Salary:

R500 000 - R550 000 TCTC (depending on experience)
