International mining house seeks skilled miner to join their mine in the Northern Cape.
Main Responsibilities:


Conduct general mining operations
Control the utilization of resources
Supervise blasting operations
Perform risk assessments
Required to work according to the Mine’s Code of Practice, and report any observations of this not being done

Requirements:


Grade 12 or NQF Level 3
Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines
Underground mining experience post obtaining Blasting Certificate
Valid driver’s license
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Computer Literate in MS Office Suite
Completion of a Supervisory Development Programme added advantage
Experience as a Miner in a production environment
Experience and knowledge of Auto Mine added advantage
