A leading courier company based in Pomona, Kempton Park is looking for a Experienced Night Shift Assistant Manager to join the team and grow with our business.

*Job Requirements

*Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
Previous work experience in a similar position
Strong leadership ability and good interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work additional hours if and when required
Fleet control experience
Must have a valid driver’s license
Exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills
Team player with a hands-on approach who is willing to adapt to the company culture and lead people accordingly
Job Specification:
*Managing the nightshift ops operation

Implementing and managing processes and procedures
Managing and leading staff
Managing costs within the department
Management of fleet
Management of general operations processes and procedures
Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 16:00 – closing
