Our client in the Kimberley area has an opportunity available for a Restaurant Manager.
Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Diploma in Retail /Hospitality/Business Management
Minimum 3 years of Managment experience
Previous restaurant or similar experience
KPAs:

Proactively manage and oversee all new employees
Maintain up to date employee files and training records for all employees
Create a customer focused environment
Manage all customer complaints in line with company policy
Follow up on any issues arising from Health Department audits
Maximize the profitability of the restaurant by understanding and controlling all restaurant costs
Accurately forecast sales and labour to reflect trends and promotions
Manage new product roll outs
