Our client, a well rated wine farm seeks an energetic, passionate and
meticulous sous chef to join our team.
They are a small family run farm, producing wine and olive oil in Paarl. The
property has both a restaurant (120 pax) as well as a separate wedding venue
(150 pax).
Requirements:
Keen attention to detail
Good knowledge of best cooking practices
Ability to deliver good work under pressure
Ability to lead the kitchen
A strong adherence to best hygiene and health standards
Suitable degree or experience a must.
Fluent in English.
Restaurant open 6 days a week, half day Sunday.
