KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Manage and maintain the hosted solutions of the company and support business software products on the various ICT platforms
Database development, maintenance and administration
Microsoft SQL: working knowledge of SQL server and business intelligence tools
SharePoint: working knowledge of document management and collaboration capabilities
MongoDB: working knowledge of development and administration
Microsoft Access: some working knowledge
Troubleshooting and support for staff and client queries related to the above infrastructure, software and database needs of the company
Identify, understand and suggest ICT systems that will enhance company business processes

REQUIREMENTS:


Any ICT related degree or diploma, or 4+ years’ experience in the ICT industry, or 3+ years’ experience in Systems Administration
Demonstrable experience with database development, maintenance and administration
Code 08 driving license will be a prerequisite
Experience with NoSQL technologies, specifically MongoDB
Experience with relation database management systems, specifically Microsoft SQL and MySQL
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Interpersonal skills / team work
Ability to focus on detail
Excellent communication skills & friendly disposition
