Position Synopsis:

We are seeking a Training Officer within the Financial Services Industry based in Durban.

Job Description:

Conducts mandatory training on a regular basis as defined in the training plan
Develops training material that meet the required standards and time frames for the approval of the training committee or the appropriate department manager / executive
Arranges all internal and external training / awareness sessions in collaboration with other support departments thereby ensuring seamless and timeous implementation
Develops training roll out plans in collaboration with the Trainers and Management in order to ensure effective planning
Ensure that all information on training conducted is captured on the HR administration system
Accurately prepares and submits the Workplace Skills Plan
Develops the graduate training schedule rollout plan for each year
Minimum Requirement:

Skills Development Facilitator Accreditation
Moderator and Assessor Accreditation
Training the Trainer Course
Human Resource Degree/Diploma will be an advantage
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Training facilitator
