Management of the appointment process
Management of the booking in process
Preparation for the completion of work
Monitoring the vehicle repair/maintenance process
Completing, hand-over of vehicles and follow-up with customers
Management of the process to ensure CSI
Adhere to Dealer Standards
Minimum Requirements
Min Grade 12
Basic automotive knowledge
Computer literate (Experience using Evolve or Kerridge advantageous)
Proven experience in a Vehicle Service Advisor position essential
Fiat brand experience advantageous
The ability to multi-task as well as good administration and organisational skills
Good timekeeping and ability to work under pressure
The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Ability to work in a team and independently
