Our company is looking for an Export Sales Manager who will develop, implement and maintain country/zone strategy in partnership with new and existing distributors ensuring continued growth in revenue, market share, profit, customer satisfaction in conjunction with approved strategies implemented by the Senior Business Development Manager and Sales Director.
Main Job Responsibilities

Build long-term partner relationships within new and existing distributors ensuring the company is positioned as a true value-added provider supporting goals and objectives.
Take responsibility to managing staff as assigned to the role, including sales support and Key Accounts Managers.
Organize support, product training and sales presentations allowing sales and service teams to make well-informed and compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
Measure both local and international /zone success against plan making necessary challenges, interventions and decisions to deliver or exceed expectations, providing regular updates to the senior Business Development Manager.
Ensure that project management support is given to large/strategic projects.
Communicate customer and market insight to drive definition of new product roadmaps and identify new business opportunities within the region.
Establish strong links with selected customers and market segments to allow a flow of valuable market/product insight.
Manage the financial administration for the assigned portfolio including but not limited to; financial forecasting, negotiations of commercial deals with key retail and distribution partners on behalf of the portfolio, Invoice and recharge process management.
Must have a proven track record of having worked with Filtration Sales.
Qualifications

Diploma / in Sales and Marketing or a Related Bachelor Degree
With 10+ years’ experience in a Sales/Indirect Channel management role within a global company with sale filtration experience.
Experienced working with partners/distributors developing strategy and managing budgets (P&L).
Experience in managing/working in a matrix organization.
Record of structured career growth and consistently strong sales performance
Filtration Sales Experience essential
